Located on the Ground Floor, the Car Park has 16 bays for disabled users and 10 parent and child bays. These can be located between the exit and pay stations 3-6. There are no reductions to the advertised tariff for these bays.

There is a maximum height restriction of 2 metres.

Brief description:

A 380 space car park spread over 2 floors.

It is a ticketless operation. The car registration number is automatically detected upon arrival.

On return to the car park, the car registration number needs to be input at one of the pay stations, and the fee payable will be advised, according to the time the car has been parked.

After fee has been paid, cameras at the exit will automatically detect the car registration number and the barrier will rise.

Directions:

FROM WEST: Take A4232 towards Cardiff Bay. Take first exit after bridge signposted Techniquest, follow signs to Mermaid Quay Car Park which is on the left hand side.

FROM EAST: From A48, take A4232 to Cardiff Bay. Follow signs to Mermaid Quay Car Park which is on the right hand side.
