Accessibility:

The NEC has car park spaces for over 16,500 cars, with bus shuttle services available during events. All parking is charged and can be paid in advance or on the day. There is a signposted disabled parking area for Blue badge holders which is close to the halls for easy access throughout the day, although parking is still charged.

The entire exhibition centre is level and easy to negotiate, with clear signage to each exhibition hall.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge for blue badge holders and £5 for all other visitors, although the number of wheelchairs is limited so it may be good advice to take your own. Scooters are also available to hire for a £15 per day charge.

Assistance dogs are welcome.

Accessible toilets are available across the venue and a Changing Places toilet is also available by Hall 20, on the Atrium side of the site.

Directions:

The NEC is located just outside Birmingham and is reached via the A45, which can be accessed from the M6, M42, M50 and M5 motorways. It is best to follow the signs from the A45 and the internal signs within the site for the various car parks and events.

Transport:

The NEC is located less than a ten-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station and is also a short distance from Birmingham International Airport. Many buses service the NEC; from Birmingham city centre you can take the X1 service (every 15 minutes) or the 97A (every 30 minutes) and there are also services from Solihull (966) and Coventry (900).
