Accessibility:

The visitor centre has 2 designated disability parking bays, situated directly outside of the main entrance. Parking for the 6 National car parks is charged at a daily rate, with free parking for wheelchair users/blue badge holders, motorbikes and cyclists. The parking tickets purchased are usable in all 6 car parks for the duration of the day in which they are purchased. Bike sheds are available to park/store push-bike’s safely. There is a paved pathway leading to the building with restriction barriers. Tea and coffee making facilities are available inside. Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities also available. Dogs welcome, and there are tie up points available and drinking water, with bowls.

Directions:

Situated 13.5 miles W of Hexham ia the B653, turning left onto the A69/Haydon Bridge Bypass for approximately 9.6miles, and then turn right towards 68/Park Lane. Take the second left onto 68/Park Lane. Continue following the 68 which does zig zag quite a bit, until you reach the B6318 at Once Brewed. At this junction, turn left and your destination will be on you left hand side.
