Brief description

"Welcome to Pencwm Farmhouse

Nestled deep in the West Wales countryside Pencwm is a secluded, comfortable country house situated on a smallholding with woodland gardens, meadows and pond. We are located in the foothills of the Preseli Mountains, part of the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park, and within easy reach of beautiful beaches, spectacular coastlines and glorious countryside.

The farmhouse sleeps twelve plus cots, while cosy enough for both large and smaller groups to feel comfortable all the year round. The accommodation has been refurbished and modernised to provide stylish comfort in a warm, welcoming home where families and groups of friends can relax and share good times together far away from the madding crowd.

Our 70 sq metre studio can be hired alongside the house for any special interest activity - yoga/pilates/sewing, art workshops whatever! It is a great space for creativity of all sorts. Hot tubs are available to be hired locally.

We provide a perfect holiday destination for short breaks, longer escapes, family and friends’ gatherings, and special occasions. Whether you wish to walk the Preseli hills, explore the coastal path, surf the waves off Newgale beach, try coasteering off the Pembrokeshire cliffs, spot the bottlenose dolphins and seal wildlife in Cardigan Bay, visit the host of gorgeous natural gardens close to hand, including the historic gardens of Aberglasney and the National Botanical Garden of Wales, or simply enjoy the peace and seclusion of Pencwm, we have something to satisfy every member of your party.

Pencwm is child friendly and children of all ages love the freedom to play and explore within our grounds. Well behaved pets are welcome and you have a large enclosed garden with play area. Our donkeys, Tom, Dick and Harry are ready to welcome you and crave a fuss, and a flock of rare breed sheep graze the fields, including Ryelands and Greyfaced Dartmoors. How can you resist?!"
