Brief Description:

Launched in 2004 the Penderyn Distillery makes its own brand of whisky and other spirits using spring water from the Breacon Beacons. It is the only distillery in Wales, one of the smallest distilleries in the world and the first to legally distil a whisky spirit in Wales for more than 100 years. A visitor centre was opened in 2008 with guided tours offered.
