Accessibility:

The village is on the main A44 road, which is the main route from Worcester to Aberystwyth, and can be fairly busy as a result. There are a few places where you can park off the road as well as car parks for the Severn Arms public house, the community centre next door and at Thomas’ Shop.

Brief Description:

Penybont village is in the county of Powys and, until very recently, the market there was a major centre for sheep and cattle sales. The village has an eighteenth century coaching inn (The Severn Arms), Thomas’ Shop (a restored shop/museum/gallery), a village hall and a garden centre (Midway Plants - Midway Nurseries).
