Get off at Junction 37, take the slip road to Porthcawl and head to North Cornelly. Go through the village of North Cornelly, pass Llew's Fish & Chip shop on the right, then pass the Green Acres Motel and Redrow housing development on the right. Come to a small cross roads and turn left, continue until you pass the Prince Public House on the left then you will pass the Kenfig Nature Reserve on the right. Keep driving through Golf Links road until you see a sign "40" painted on the road. Slow down and there is a yellow sign on the left which says, "Pat's way leading to Sandville Court". Turn left and head straight up the road until you reach our Sandville sign and drive through our gates."
