"We welcome wheelchair users and have full access across the building: an external ramp at our entrance, a lift to our auditorium, a platform lift to our café and an accessible toilet in the foyer. There are two dedicated wheelchair spaces in the auditorium , please let us know when booking so we can ensure one is reserved for you.
We offer concessionary prices to those customers who are registered disabled, and a free ticket for a companion subject to CEA card and availability.
There are limited guide features for visually impaired visitors. Our stairs have clear step markings and floor surfaces are non-slip. Our staff will always be happy to assist. Our weekly film times are available at our box office in large print. We have 5 wireless audio description headsets which can be borrowed from our box office and are available for all audio described films.
Where possible we aim to screen at least one subtitled performance of our main feature where a subtitled version of the film has been made available to us. Our auditorium is also equipped with an integrated induction loop.
Guidedogs are welcome across our building and we are happy to provide them with water, but please let us know in advance if you're coming to see a film."
