Brief Description:

Ponthenri (Pont-Henri) is a rural village that sits in the middle of the Gwendraeth Valley between Carmarthen and Llanelli. The village is largely made up of a cluster of small estates, but includes two public houses, a takeaway, primary school, industrial estate and recreation ground.

Directions:

From the A48 at Cross Hands take the A476 to Upper Tumble. Turn right onto the B4310 to Cwm Mawr and then left onto the B4317 (Derwen Road). Continue through Pontyberem and onto Ponthenri.
