Accessibility:

Parking is available near the RNLI lifeboat station. Toilets with disability access are available. There is a cafe situated just off the beach. There is a first aid station and lifeguards patrol this beach between the end of June and beginning of September. Please be aware that there is a restriction on when dogs are allowed on the beach.

Brief Description:

Poppit Sands is at the mouth of the Teifi Estuary. It is a sandy beach which is popular throughout the year with wind surfers, surfers and the general public.
