Community Support Office, The Strand, 1 Groe Street, Builth Wells LD2 3DW. This office is located at bottom of Strand walkway, opposite the Groe.

Opening hours for credit union services: Fridays 11am to 1pm

Telephone 01982 551000 - manned during office hours by credit union volunteers with answer machine at other times.

Also 01597 824000 - manned at various times by credit union volunteers and also has answer machine.

All services are available at this service point.

The record flood levels of the River Wye in February a few years ago due to storms Ciara and Dennis caused serious damage to the Old TIC building and Powys County Council have decided not to continue its use as a community hub and it is no longer available for the credit union.
