Brief description

Renishaw Hall is a country house and Grade I listed building in the village of Renishaw. The house was built in 1625 and has been home to the Sitwell family for almost 400 years. The venue is home to Italianate gardens, a museum, a vineyard, and a café. The gardens were laid out in the 19th century.

From Chesterfield, head south on Spa Lane towards Hollis Lane/A632 and turn right. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit and stay on Hollis Lane/A632. Exit the roundabout onto Hollis Lane/A632. Take the A61 slip road to Sheffield/Workshop/A619/Sheepbridge/Chesterfield/Trading Est/Visitors Coaches. At Birmingham Roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Rother Way/A619. Exit the roundabout onto Chesterfield Road/A619 and continue to follow the A619 for 1 mile. Turn left onto High Street/A619. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Market Street/A619. At the roundabout, continue straight onto Duke Street/A619. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Eckington Road/B6053. Turn right to stay on Eckington Road/B6053 and continue to follow B6053 for 2.4 miles. Turn right, then turn right again after 0.4 miles. Turn left. The venue will be on the right. OS SK 436786
