The nearest parking is only about 60 metres from the cathedral with a disability space; there is also plenty of parking nearby: http://roskilde.dk/sites/default/files/parkeringszone_2013_bymidte.pdf. There are no disability toilets, but there are basic male and female toilets in the cathedral.
