Large car park, with 10 disability parking bays, which requires a token to be purchased in the Visitor Centre to obtain an exit.
Visitor Centre is fully accessible. Three mobility scooters and two wheelchairs available to hire out free of charge. Booking recommended - call 01633 636363 for details.
Nature Trails are level and fully accessible, with some caution to cross the floating walkways.
Hides are wheelchair accessible.
Registered assistance dogs welcome.

Directions
Leave the M4 at Junction 28 and take the A48 towards the City Centre.
Keep right at the first junction and remain on the A48 all the way following the signs for the Docks and Pillgwenlly.
Remain on the A48 until you reach the Leeway roundabout, when you take the A4810 and follow the brown signage for the Reserve.
At the roundabout turn right onto Meadows Road following the brown signage.
Follow this road until a turning to the right, again signposted, onto West Nash Road.
The entrance to the Reserve is a little way along this road, signposted by blue RSPB directional arrows.
