Built in 1814, St Andrews Cathedral is one of the finest ecclesiastical edifices in Glasgow city. The first holy mass was celebrated on the 22nd Dec 1816.

Directions

 Situated 31.4 miles from Livingston. Head SW on M8, which continues onto A8 / M8 (all same road). Leaving at exit 19 from M8. Take A814 and continue for 0.8 miles. Cathedral will be on your left hand side. OS NS 590647

St Andrews is close to St Enoch's underground station, Central and Queen Street mainline railway stations, and Arguyle Street local railway station. Buses also operate in and around the area.
