Accessibility:

There is no parking directly outside the church as the access is shared with a neighbouring cottage. The pavements, where they are laid, are flat and tarmacked but they are narrow and set next to a main 'A' road, so parking on the road is not advised. There is a large space 50 metres to the east and across the main road which may be more suitable for parking.
The lychgate has three stone steps leading up to it and the church has a small lip at the threshold.

Brief Description:

The current Grade II listed St. Erfyl’s Church was built in 1870 but it sits on a site that goes back as far as the 5th or 6th centuries and has earlier artefacts included in its construction. There is a gravestone with markings from the site's earlier existence within the church walls, as well as a medieval font and a wooden shrine with some decorated wooden panels. The oval churchyard is entered through a wooden lychgate.
