Brief description
"St George’s is a beautifully preserved medieval gem, artfully restored to showcase restored features and historic charm, yet quietly simple in its rural setting. It is a peaceful 13th-century flint-and-stone building tucked away in a quiet valley near Salisbury. Now cared for by the Churches Conservation Trust, it features a striking mix of Norman, Early English, and Perpendicular architecture, including a scallop-carved doorway, medieval-style font, and a tower housing three historic bells. Though no longer used for regular worship, it remains open daily for visitors seeking a glimpse into England’s ecclesiastical past."
