Accessibility:

There is limited parking on the lane and grass verge outside the church grounds. There are no disability parking bays. The entrance is through a gate across flat ground although the path is uneven with pot holes and the entrance door has small steps on both sides of the door. Inside the church is on flat flooring with access to the congregational areas.

 

Brief description:

A medieval 14th century church with remains of a 12thcentury tower and impressive collection of 14th century stained glass.

Directions:

The church of Fledborough lies between Sheffield, Nottingham and Lincoln. From Lincoln travel on the A57 north west towards Burton Waters. Follow the A57 along Lincoln Road and Gainsborough Road until reaching Newton-on-Trent. Cross the River Trent on the A57 ‘Dunham Road’ and at the junction take the exit south along Main Street towards Ragnall. On reaching the triangle junction turn east along the lane towards the church. On approaching Fledborough the church will become visible on the north side of the lane.
