"St Lawrence, Godmersham is part of the King's Wood Benefice in the Diocese of Canterbury. Set in the Stour Valley of East Kent, the Church serves a small but thriving rural community. There are morning services on most Sundays during the month ranging from a Common Worship Communion to a more modern Celebration Service employing our state-of-the art audiovisual system. The Church prides itself on its activities for young people with childrens’ events, Rainbow and Brownie packs and the Sunday evening ‘Godsquad’ attended by many teenagers from the surrounding area.
