A gravel footpath leads from the church gates to the porch entrance.
There is step access from the porch to the Nave.
Several steps lead from the Nave to the Chancel and Altar.
The grounds and graves are accessed by uneven ground.
Brief description
"St Margaret of England Church" is a Grade II listed building dating from the 1200s. It was dedicated in 2000 to St Margaret of England, an early Cistercian nun.
The church has a stone slate roof, Nave, Chancel and Font dating from the 12th century.
Later additions were added from the 14th century onwards, Clerestory window, gabled South Porch, North Vestry. The Bellcote dates from the early 20th century.
The stained-glass windows date from the 19th century and contain medieval glass fragments. There is also mid-13th century round painted stain glass believed to originate from Salisbury Cathedral, containing 17th-century Flemish pieces.
