• Extensive stained glass windows in the main Nave (west door and west wall) and in the Chancel, above the altar at the east end of the church
• St Mary's is open daily for individual prayer and reflection
• We have decommissioned our oil based central heatring system, to be replaced by infrared heating, operating off a green tariff
• St Mary's is close to Market Lavington village library, which is situated in the Old School building
• Grade 1 listed building. The war memorial is Grade 2 listed
• The nearest village defibrillator is located adjacent to the butcher's shop in the high street
• We have a very active group of local ringers
• We organise live music concerts in the church
• The church organ plays an important part in our regular worship
• A guide to St Mary's is available, explaining some of the history, associations and artefacts in the church.
• Market Lavinvgton is served by two cafes. Saint Arbuck's is a Christian outreach community cafe, with representation on the management board from St Mary's PCC. Saint Arbuck's is located on the high street and is a project run by the local URC/Methodist church group. The other cafe in the village is a games cafe, called Retro Relics, located in Woodland Yard, Market Lavington
