2025:
"Welcome to the website for St Mary the Virgin Church, Eardisland. There has been a place of worship here since before Saxon times. The current church was probably established between 1067 and 1071. It was profoundly ‘upgraded’ by the architect Henry Curzon in 1865 and retains many Victorian modifications.
Visit our heritage page for more details on the interesting features of our church.
The church is a regular place of worship for the villagers and is part of The Mortimer Churches Group with Kingsland, Aymestrey and Leinthall Earles. It is part of the village fabric and used for lay activities such as concerts, meals and the annual craft fair.
Whether you are a visitor or a local resident you will receive a warm welcome at any of our services and published events."
