Situated 5.4 miles SE of Middlesbrough. Head south on Marton Road/A172. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit to continue on Marton Road/A172. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Marton Rd/A172. At the third roundabout, take the 2nd exit, again staying on Marton Rd/A172. This road then becomes Stokesley Road and Dixon Bank. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto and then turn left onto Church Lane. St Mary's will be on your left hand side.
