Leave Hay on Wye via Belmont Road and Church Road, B4350.
As you exit the town turn left onto Forest Road signposted for Capel-y-ffin.
Follow this road for a while until you reach a fork in the road with an island in the middle, where keep left signposted for Craswall.
Follow this country lane for while until you reach the church which is on the left hand side on a sharp right hand bend [with a green road salt bin on the verge].
