Accessibility

The path leading up to the church is wide with a hard gravel surface. At the entrance doorway there are three stone steps leading down into the building. There are several individual steps within the church and the floor surface is slightly uneven in places.

Brief Description

St Mary's church began as a nave and chancel in the late 12^th century, with aisles, the tower and several enlargements being added piece at a time over the following centuries. There are beautiful archways within the church and features reflecting the various periods that contributed to its construction.

Arlesey train station is a 15 minute walk from Henlow.
