Accessibility:

There is no dedicated parking for the church but on-street parking is relatively safe and easy with paths and dropped kerbs situated around the village green. The site itself is relatively flat although there is a step and a very rough ramp (or further steps) to negotiate before getting into the church yard.

The interior is flat apart from a step up to the sanctuary and a step up to the chancel.

Brief Description:

The Grade II listed Anglican church of St Mary lies at the heart of the village green in the small Pembrokeshire community of Maenclochog. The site has mediaeval origins but the church itself was substantially restored in rubble stone in 1880-81 with a new roof made of local Rosebush slate, although these have since been replaced with composite slates.

The height of the steeple was raised in the early 20th century.

The church contains two 5th or 6th century inscribed stones from St Teilo, Llandeilo Llwydiarth dedicated to two brothers - Andagellus and Coimagnus.
