Accessibility:

There is parking for a small number of vehicles on the road directly by the church entrance. No blue badge parking bays are in the area. The main gated entrance is narrow with a 1.5” granite step leading over one metre of bumpy, granite and concrete path. The rest of the path is flat tarmac leading to the church building and entrance. The entrance door to the church has a 4” granite step. The church has an adapted, disability toilet with a low level sink and grab rails on the door and beside the toilet.

Brief Description:

Although St. Melor’s Church is dated to the 16th century, some features pre-date to the 14th century. Some parts of the church were refurbished in 1891 and its six bells were re-hung after re-casting in 1923. The church offers a range of community activities and services.

Morning worship every second Sunday at 11:00am
Holy Communion every fourth Sunday at 11:00am
Choral Evensong every first and third Sunday at 6:30pm

Directions:

Travelling along the A388 north or south take the exit for Bodmin on the B3257 north. Continue north until reaching the turn for Linkinhorne and travel south west on the Stoke Road. At the end of the road turn south. Continue to the second exit and turn south towards the church which is visible from the junction.
