"St Michael's is a Grade 1 listed building by architect J L Pearson. It was described by the poet John Betjeman as”one of Pearson’s loveliest churches” and Pevsner stated that “The Interior is one of Pearson’s finest, and one of the most satisfying of its date anywhere”. There are particularly fine interior furnishings by eminent artists such as Bodley, Temple Moore and Comper. "

"If you are planning to drive, can I suggest that you might like to park in our Church Car Park? That would be most convenient and I attach directions.
The easiest way to drive to the Church is by travelling north along Wellesley Road and then, after a big NCP Car Park, turning left and immediately right into St Michael's Road.
You will think you are heading into the back of West Croydon Bust Station but before that and next to St Michael's Church there is a car park.
Just drive up to the gate, which I will make sure open automatically for you, and park up near the Church itself by a flint wall.
You can then come through into the Churchyard and if you go around to the west end of the Church there is a step-free door into the narthex, which will be open and easy to use."
