Accessibility:

The road outside the church is busy, so on-street parking would be unwise. There is a small amount of space at the far end of the church yard on an entrance driveway so care should be taken not to inhibit anyone's use of the drive.

There is a very narrow path on the opposite side of the road, which is not suitable for wheelchairs and may be difficult to negotiate with sticks or a frame. The gated entrance has a three inch step up into the church yard and there are two stone steps into the porch of the church. There are also two small steps into the chancel from the nave.

There are no toilet facilities on site. The closest facilities are 50 metres along the road towards Llanddowror, where there are disability facilities and a disability parking space. These toilets are maintained by the local community and are closed at the weekends. The next nearest public toilets are in St Clears central car park and there are disability facilities. There is a 20p charge.

Brief Description:

The current Grade II listed St Teilo's Church (historically St Cringat's Church) was largely rebuilt in 1865 and then renovated again in 1901, but the original building (the tower being the last surviving remnant) was a parish church during the medieval period. The body of the church is constructed of sandstone rubble and the tower of limestone rubble. There is a two-bayed chancel, three-bayed nave, two-bayed vestry, south porch and three-storeyed, crenelated, early 16th century tower with stair turret.
