To get to the beach you need to walk, the path is uneven and can be quite slippery. The beach is mainly flat rock.
Brief description:
Summerhouse Point Beach is a pebble beach on the South Coast of the Vale of Glamorgan bordering the Bristol Channel, with views across to Minehead.

Directions:
Drive through the village of Boverton on Mill Road, turning left into the lane by the post office on a tarmac road to Boverton Mill Farm. After the farm, the lane becomes a track towards the end, where there is a small secluded parking area at OS SS 994 666

The beach is open daily.
Transport:
There is a regular bus service around Cardiff and its surrounding area.

Amenities:
Toilets available in the Look Out Point, at certain times of the year. There is a range of amenities at Barry and Cowbridge, and limited amenities at Llantwit Major.
