Exit the A38 at the Manadon junction with the A386 and head northwards on the A386 towards Tavistock.
Keep to the left-hand lane up the hill and just after you go beneath a footbridge, take the sharp left turn immediately after the bus stop onto Tavistock Road.
After a very short distance turn right onto The lawns and the church is on your right hand side.
From Tavistock, head south on the A386 following the signs for Plymouth City centre.
You need to travel to the A38 junction and do a 360 degree turn around the roundabout and then follow the directions above.
