There is parking at the hall, but none specified as accessible spaces. Although wheelchairs can access the ground floor of the house the corridors are narrow and there is no access to upper floors. There are toilet facilities for visitors, but no disability toilet is specified.
Brief Description:
Abbeycwmhir Hall is a Grade II listed Victorian Gothic historic house which was built in 1834. The house and gardens were restored over a ten-year period by the present owners. They offer two-hour personal tours of all 52 rooms and you can walk the twelve acre listed gardens, which include a walled garden, a lake, boathouse and waterfall, woodland walks, lawns, courtyards and terraces, a gypsy caravan, shepherds hut, a row of beach huts and a vintage caravan.

Directions:
The Hall is in the village of Abbey-Cwm-Hir in Powys. From the village of Crossgates follow the A483 north towards Newtown for 1.3 miles, then turn left onto an unnamed road and 4.3 miles along this road you will find the village of Abbey-Cwm-Hir. The driveway to the Hall is clearly signposted on the right.
