Accessibility:

There is some public parking next to the museum but none specifically designated for disabled people. There is a ramp at the entrance, level access to all galleries and a lift to the second floor. A disability toilet is located on the ground floor and large versions of display text are available from reception. There is a spiral staircase to the viewing tower which visitors with mobility problems may find difficult to climb.

Brief Description:

The museum tells the story of the history of the people and boats of Sheringham. The collection includes photographs, social history items, agricultural and fishing artefacts as well as an actual fleet of boats.
