The museum has an on-site car park with designated disability access spaces. The grounds, entrance and building all have flat wheelchair access with accessible lifts provided between floors. Some floor areas are cobbled. There is a disability wheelchair accessible toilet available with a drop down grab rail.

Directions:
From the A38 traveling north or south take the exit onto the A5121 towards ‘Burton on Trent’ and the A511. On the roundabout take the turn south along the A511 ‘Horninglow Street’. Turn south into ‘Guild Street’ and the entrance to the museum will be visible on the west side of the road.
