Leave M4 at Junction 42 and follow A483 towards Swansea

Continue westwards, as you approach Swansea City Centre, turn right at the traffic lights, just after crossing the river, following the signs for the railway station and the brown signage for the Sports Stadium and Parc Tawe on the A4067 and A483 northwards.

Join North Cut Road and remain on this under the railway arches and at the junction at the top of the hill continue straight across onto the B4489.

Take the 2nd left onto Caepistyll Street which is dead end. 

The building can be found at the end of the road on the right hand side.
