The theatre has its own car park and there are disability spaces available near to the building. There are toilets, which includes disability facilities. There is no lift, but there are four wheelchair access spaces and a hearing loop in the auditorium.

There are a range of services available, from workshops to arts projects and rooms are available to hire. The theatre is dedicated to productions in the Welsh language.
