"Please contact us at or on 01872 276782 if you require any further information. There is ramp access at the front of the cathedral in High Cross near the front entrance.  Nearly all parts of the cathedral are accessible by ramp, but St Mary’s aisle is not accessible by wheelchair.   There is an accessible toilet near the restaurant. A hearing loop is installed.

Large print service orders and pew sheets are available. There is a wheelchair available for use by the shop ramp entrance. Steward assistance is available where possible.


All floors are accessible by wheelchair using the lift in the building.

"The Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Truro is a Church of England cathedral in the city of Truro, Cornwall. It was built between 1880 and 1910 to a Gothic Revival design by John Loughborough Pearson on the site of the parish church of St Mary. It is one of only three cathedrals in the United Kingdom with three spires."

Truro Cathedral is situated right in the centre of Truro and sadly does not have a car park for the general public. There are many pay and display car parks in Truro city centre, and park and ride systems if you don’t want to drive in the town."

The Cathedral Gift shop is open 10:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays (closed on Sundays). The Cathedral Restaurant is open 10:00-14:30 Monday-Friday (closed on Saturday and Sundays)."
