There is a small car park at the south end of the Turnberry village. 

Dogs are allowed on the beach.

Brief description

Turnberry Bay is rural beach with a lighthouse and the ruins of Bruce's castle, which is close to the Ailsa Golf Course.

Directions

The car park can be found on the A719. Heading south, pass through Turnberry and past the hotel. OS NS 19570605

Transport

Located approximately 16 miles south of Ayr and 5 miles north of Girvan, which both have train stations. From Girvan, the beach is a 20 minute bus journey.
