Ty Hyll is easily accessible by car, with 12 parking spaces, with one disability parking space. There are some steps up the entrance of the house, but there is a ramped entrance, and the terrain from the car park is not flat in places. There is a toilets, which includes a disability toilet. Guide dogs are welcome.
Brief Description:Ty Hyll, or The Ugly House as it translates, according to some legends, gets its name because it was built by robbers and thieves, taking advantage of travellers on the old A5 as they journeyed through Snowdonia – ugly people that gave the house a fearsome reputation.
