"Valence House is located on Becontree Avenue close to the junction with Valence Avenue. Click the following link for a map.
Free parking is available in Valence Park (via Becontree Avenue) and also on Becontree Avenue. Blue Badge parking is available at our delivery entrance at the end of Margery Road, off Bonham Road.
If you are travelling by car from the A12:
- Leave the A12 at the Moby Dick junction, turning south onto Whalebone Lane North/A1112
- Continue straight onto Whalebone Lane South
- At the junction with Wood Lane, turn right into Green Lane/A1085
- Turn left onto Walnut Tree Road and continue to the end of the road
- Turn left onto Becontree Avenue
- Turn right at Becontree Day Clinic and follow the road into the car park.
If you are travelling by car from the A13:
- Leave the A13 at the Lodge Avenue flyover
- Exit the roundabout onto Lodge Avenue/A1153
- At the mini-roundabout take the 1st exit on to Lodge Avenue/A1153
- Continue across the junction onto Becontree Avenue
- Cross the junction with Valence Avenue
- Turn right at Becontree Day Clinic and follow the road into the car park."

The following bus routes run nearby: Nos. 62, 128, 150 and 5.
The closest train station is Chadwell Heath Station. Trains run every 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street. You can walk from here or get the No. 62 bus which stops at the junction of Becontree Avenue and Valence Avenue.
Becontree Station on the District Line is the nearest tube station. You will then need to catch the No. 62 bus from outside the station which stops at the junction of Becontree Avenue and Valence Avenue."
