"The oldest winery in Austria:

With a history spanning almost 2,000 years, the Nikolaihof is Austria's oldest winery. On 22 hectares, the estate cultivates primarily Riesling and Grüner Veltliner according to strict biodynamic Demeter guidelines. No herbicides, pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or synthetic sprays are used in the vineyards. The wines ferment on their own lees and are aged for up to 20 years in large, old oak barrels in the historic Roman wine cellar.

The organic-certified wine bar offers guests a variety of spaces, including the enchanting atmosphere of the courtyard beneath the Kaiserlinde tree. Nikolaihof is the perfect place to celebrate in style. The festive rooms offer a wonderful ambiance for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and corporate parties of any size."
