Directions

From East Cowes ferry, second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, town centre, Pyle Street, B3323 to Carisbrooke. On entering Carisbrooke join the B3401, High Street. At mini roundabout turn right onto Priory Road and then join Gunville Road. Continue until T Junction with traffic lights where turn left onto A3054. After a short while turn right at a set of cross roads onto Whitehouse Road signposted for Porchfield.  Turn left onto Colemans Lane signposted for Newtown. Remain on this Lane until you reach a T junction where turn left onto Porchfield Road, again signposted for Newtown. At a road junction keep right, remaining on Porchfield Road and following signs for Newtown.  Just after a long sweeping bend to the right, the entrance to the Copse appears on the right hand side.

From Yarmouth ferry, take A3054 Eastwards towards Newport. Just after passing through the single file traffic light controlled stretch of the road in the village of Shalfleet, take the first turning on the left onto Corf Road, sign posted for Newtown Old Town Hall. Take a turning on the left onto Town Lane again signposted to the Old Town Hall. Pass the Old Town Hall and follow the Lane until you reach the entrance to the Copse on the left hand side, just after Town Copse.
