Accessibility

A number of blue disability badge parking bays are available close to the main entrance.

Fully trained assistant dogs welcomed and will happily provide water bowl.

British sign language tours available at no extra cost for those with harder hearing.

To assist visitors with visual impairment, audio descriptive tours are also available at no extra cost. 

While manual and electric wheelchairs are welcome inside the Studio Tour, the venue does require advance notice if you are visiting as part of a large group due to seating restrictions within our cinema at the beginning of your visit. 

A Sensory Room is available within the Studio Tour. The room provides a calming environment for those with autism and other additional needs, it contains a Sensory Shell Chair, interactive light box, mirror ball and tactile mirrors. 

Visitors with additional needs can collect a Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyard during their visit. These act as a discreet sign to staff that an individual may need additional assistance or support during their visit.

Transport

Regular shuttle buses, operated by Mullany’s Coaches, run from Watford Junction to the Studio Tour with a journey time of around 15 minutes. Buses run every 20 minutes from 9.20am (with additional services available from 8.15am when the first tour is at 9am).

The Studio Tour’s nearest railway station is Watford Junction and direct services arrive there from both London Euston (20 minute journey) and Birmingham New Street (1 hour journey).

Parking is free of charge.

Priority Parking is located next to the Studio Tour entrance and is available to purchase online with your Studio Tour tickets for an additional £10.

Priority Parking is only available to pre-book online ahead of your visit and cannot be purchased on the day.
