Free parking for Blue Badge holders and frequent attenders

Blue badge holders need only display a valid blue badge.

People who frequently attend outpatient appointments (at least 3 times a month for at least 3 months) will still need to obtain a Pay & Display ticket. This cost can then be recovered from the General Office if ‘frequent attender’ criteria is satisfied. This is in addition to the free parking currently offered by the patient departmental permit scheme.

2024: "West Cornwall Hospital is a hospital located in Penzance, Cornwall, England. It is managed by the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. The hospital has its origins in the Penzance Dispensary established in 1809.[1] This became the West Cornwall Dispensary and Infirmary in 1873 and the West Cornwall Hospital in 1928.[1] It joined the National Health Service in 1948.[1] A new CT scanner and new X-ray equipment were installed at the hospital in spring 2018.[2]  The hospital has an urgent care centre, two medical wards and a day case surgery.[3]"
