Directions

FROM EAST

Leave Cardiff City Centre and follow signs for Cowbridge along Cowbridge Road East and then Cowbridge Road West (A48).

Just after the police station on the left hand side, turn left at the traffic lights onto Caerau Lane.

The leisure centre is immediately on the left hand side.

FROM WEST

From M4 take A4232 at Junction 33

At first intersection leave the A4232 at Culverhouse Cross and keep in left hand lane.

Take A48 towards Cardiff (W).

At the 4th set of traffic lights turn right on to Heol Trelai.

Follow this road down the hill and just after a pedestrian crossing turn left onto Caerau Lane.

Follow this road to the end and the Leisure Centre appears on the right hand side just before the traffic lights with Cowbridge Road West.
