The shopping centre has its own parking with over 5% of the parking bays dedicated to disability parking, with Blue Badge holders allowed four hours of free parking. The centre also offers free wheelchair or motorised scooter hire from the Shopmobility desk on Level -2, Lift Lobby 2. There are disability toilets located at the centre and there are lifts to all floors.

Access to the car park is via the A3220 West Cross Route only. From the A3220, at White City, take the slip road and follow the signs towards Westfield Parking.
The nearest tube station is either Shepherd’s Bush Station (Central and Southern lines) or Shepherd’s Bush Market Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) and the nearest train station is Shepherd’s Bush.
