"There are disabled parking spaces outside the library on Richmond Road and in the Civic car park area off Stoke Abbott Road (to the back of the Assembly Hall).

Wheelchair Access 

Worthing Museum and Art Gallery is fully wheelchair accessible. There are exhibitions, displays and education room on the ground floor of the building and the upstairs exhibitions and displays are easily accessible via the lift. A Wheelchair is available to borrow on request.

Toilets

The Museum has lower ground floor toilets with baby change facilities and ground floor disabled access with baby change facilities.

Bag/buggy storage

The Museum does not have lockers there is space for buggy’s and prams to be left in the main foyer.

Hearing Loops

Are available in the activity rooms and shop.

Seating is available throughout most sections of the Museum."

Worthing Museum and Art Gallery has no dedicated car parking. Worthing NCP Car Park (BN11 1LG) is 3 minutes walk away (0.2 miles).  

Worthing High Street Multi-storey Car Park (BN11 1NY), above the Guildbourne Centre, is 6 minutes walk away (0.3 miles).

By Bike

Traditional bike stands are available just outside the venue. These are uncovered and unmonitored – left at owners risk.

By Coach

Parking – The Lido, Marine Parade, Worthing, BN11 3QJ  is 8 minutes walk away (0.4 miles). There are numerous coach parking spaces along Marine Parade.

Drop Off / Pick Up – We do not have a dedicated coach parking space, however there is a bus stop outside the museum which taxis could use as a drop off point. If you have access requirements or would like to book our Assembly Hall coach space, please contact us."
