From A1 Northbound - Take the Clipsham and Oakham B668 Junction and turn right onto the B668 towards Clipsham. At the roundabout turn right under the A1, and then carry straight on at the next roundabout towards Clipsham. On reaching Clipsham remain on Main Street through the village and out of the other end, bearing left and following the brown signage for the Avenue which appears on the left hand side.
