Accessibility
2025-
"A carer may accompany a guest free or charge with proof of carer status.
We are dog friendly! You can bring your dog to the gardens, and in the shop, plant nursery and certain areas of the tea room, as long as they are kept on a lead at all times.
We have disabled parking at the front of the main building.
The main building can be accessed on foot and via wheelchair and mobility scooter.
The shop, situated in the main building, has access for wheelchair users and mobility scooters.
We have an accessible toilet situated in the main building.
Our team room, also found in the main building, is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible with plenty of seating options, both inside and outdoors on the patio, overlooking the gardens.
The plant nursery, located behind the main building, is accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
We make every effort to keep the grass in our gardens at a low level but periods of wet weather can impact accessibility for mobility scooters and wheelchairs. The gardens have sloping areas which may be more difficult to access, depending on your level of mobility. "

Brief description
"The gardens have been designed to give visitors an immersive experience, incorporating beautiful planting, colour, scent, sound and texture. The focus is, of course, on lavender – using some of the best varieties and, we hope, inspiring you to add a plant or two to your own garden.
We also grow a range of herbs and other perennials which associate well with lavender and extend the season of interest in the garden."
