There is an open parking area by the church gate. There are two large stone steps at the gate and an uneven grass-gravel surface. The path to the church is of medium width with a cracked tarmac surface. There are several small stone lips at the entrance doorway. There is a wider path to a side door of the church – if needed, specify this to the church warden when obtaining keys.
Brief Description
Great Thurlow Church is mostly of Victorian origin, with a mock 14th century tower. Inside there is Norman square font and several brasses.
